Information Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that the information on the site is complete, accurate and current. Information can sometimes be inaccurate and change without notice, despite our best efforts, on-site information might not be up-to-date and that certain information (e.g., prices, product descriptions, stock quantities) may change without notice. We make all reasonable effort to accurately display our products, including colors. However, the actual color you see will depend on your screen system. We cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately display such colors.  Certain weights, measures, and other descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.   

Terms of Sale

By placing orders on the site, you, the customer represent that you are of legal age and that the information provided is true and accurate.  The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Tiny Tot Essentials. this contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use TinyTotEssentials.com and other services provided by Tiny Tot Essentials (we'll refer to all of these collectively as our "services"). So please read it carefully, even just by browsing our website you are agreeing to the terms.

User Transactions

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the site including items sold by Tiny Tot Essentials (each such purchase, a "Transaction"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, information about your method of payment (such as your payment card number and expiration date), your billing address, and your shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY PAYMENT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION. By submitting such information, you grant Tiny Tot Essentials the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Transactions initiated by you or on your behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction. 

We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders placed by the same method of payment, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied. Tiny Tot Essentials reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them. 

Shipping & Delivery

Direct signature will be required at time of delivery for all orders over $500. All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on National Holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for orders once they have left the warehouse. Shipping time frames are not guaranteed. Expedited shipments will be processed and shipped in 48 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Loyalty Programs & Promotions

Occasionally Tiny Tot Essentials will offer promotions through emails and advertisements. 

There is a specific alphanumeric code associated with each Tiny Tot Essentials promotion that can be used to redeem the promotion. There maybe a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (taxes and shipping are excluded). Enter this code in its entirety in the promotion code field on the payment information page during checkout. The codes are not case sensitive. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping cart on the order confirmation page. You may be able to only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and sometimes can only be redeemed once per person.

Gift Cards

Please note that eGift Certificates and Gift Cards are not considered merchandise and do not count towards the minimum purchase requirements. The risk of loss and title to such items passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. 

Please note that excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancelation. In order to allow fair redemption and distribution of promotions to all of our clients. Tiny Tot Essentials may restrict redemption to one per customer.

User reviews, Comments & Submissions

 We welcome your reviews, comments, and other communications, photos, videos, or any other content that you submit through or to the site, or any content or information you publish through any social media and allow Tiny Tot Essentials to feature, such as your name, social media handle, accompanying text, and any images, videos, or audio from your social media accounts (e.g. Twitter™, Instagram™, Pinterest™) (collectively, "User Content") as long as the User Content submitted by you complies with these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TINY TOT ESSENTIALS OR ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER GENERAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFITS).
